High Protein Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pudding

In a bowl mix together:

  • 1 serving of Protein powder of your choosing
  • 1 serving PB2( Peanut Butter Powder) 13g
  • 1 serving (2 tablespoons) ⅓ fat cream cheese
  • ¼ packet (7g) sugar-free Vanilla pudding
  • 1 serving vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of stevia (2g)

You can use measuring cups or a food scale, I feel like the easiest way is the food scale. To do this put your bowl on a food scale and weigh the ingredients out as you put them in the bowl. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Place in the refrigerator for 30 min to a few hours to chill and thicken. Unless you’re like me and just go ahead and eat it right away.

You can use whichever brand of protein, peanut butter powder, pudding flavor, and greek yogurt you prefer. Different brands will change how the macros come out a little bit.

If you have an issue with dairy there are dairy-free alternatives for protein powder, yogurt, and cream cheese.
