- 200g Plain greek yogurt ( or a Single serving on the label)
- 1 oz Neufchatel cream cheese (reduced fat cream cheese) ( can substitute 2 wedges baby bell wedges)
- ½ cup or 120 g Red Enchilada sauce
- 60g Reduced Fat shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Garlic powder, Onion powder, & Smoked Paprika ( all to taste on beef)
We start by browining 16 ounces of your preferred protein and add the packet of taco seasoning. along with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to taste. Add a tablespoon of water and stir together.
Next combine a creamy mixture of Greek yogurt, Neufchatel cream cheese, red enchilada sauce, reduced-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese, and a handful of fresh cilantro
