Breakfast Burger Patties

Indulge in a delicious and hearty breakfast with these savory beef patties, made with 93/7 lean ground beef.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • ½ tbsp Sage
  • 1tbsp  Minced or Powered Onion
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lawry’s seasoning salt 

Start by gathering your ground beef in a large mixing bowl, then add in your choice of seasonings to taste. We suggest using a blend of sage, minced onion, garlic, and Lawry’s for a classic flavor, but feel free to get creative with other seasonings such as blackening seasoning or Kinder’s General rub.

Once your seasonings are well combined, form the mixture into six evenly sized patties, each weighing approximately 77-79g. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat and add a touch of olive oil. Gently place three patties in the skillet and cook until they reach a medium to medium-well doneness, flipping once. Repeat the process with the remaining three patties.
